Preserving History,
One Jar at a Time

The journey from a grandmother's courtyard in Nirmal, Telangana to becoming a household name for authentic taste.

Nirmal, Telangana

The Beginning

It all started with Ammaji. In the bustling lanes of Nirmal, Telangana, her rooftop was a kingdom of ceramic jars (barnis) basking in the summer sun. Neighbors would trace the aroma of mustard oil and fenugreek to our doorstep, often leaving with a small bowl of her signature Mango Achar.

She didn't use scales or measuring cups. Her hands knew the "andaz" (estimation) perfectly. A pinch of kalonji here, a handful of saunf there. This wasn't just cooking; it was chemistry powered by intuition and love.

"A pickle isn't made in a day. It is raised like a child, with patience, warmth, and time." — Ammaji

Why We Are Different

Farm-to-Jar

We don't buy from middlemen. We source raw mangoes from Ratnagiri and spices from the Khari Baoli market.

Slow Aged

No artificial heat. Our pickles are aged under the natural sun for at least 21 days to develop complex flavors.

Zero Chemicals

Preserved naturally using salt and oil. No vinegar, no MSG, no artificial colors.

The Hands Behind the Taste

We empower local women in Nirmal, Telangana who carry forward the traditional art of pickle making.
